Herbalife guarantees the quality of every product named Herbalife and verifies that the products produced for this are manufactured to high standards in terms of freshness and purity for the use of its customers. We have complete confidence that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every respect. However, for any reason, if a retail customer is not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from a Herbalife Distributor, they may ask the Distributor to return the money within thirty (30) days from the date the product is received. The customer will be asked to return the product or the unused part to the Distributor from whom it purchased for this refund. The distributor should offer the customer the right to choose the option to buy other Herbalife products or return the entire purchase price, at a price equal to the amount to be returned. This warranty is limited only to certain warranties stated in the attached text or on the packaging of certain products and in no way covers products that are intentionally damaged or misused.
